Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision and Installation of a Caravan.

Base works :
Supplying and installing a 4m*12m steel base structure consisting of GL beams sections, Hallow rectangular tube sections for both studs(Columns), and purlins with all its related accessories as shown in the attached drawings:
1- H main steel beam 0.16 m*0.08 m size, 0.008 m thickness
2- steel internal partitions I beam 0.10 m*0.0.05 m and distance of each 1.2 m
3- galvanized ( GL) hollow rectangular sections 0.040 m * 0.080 m, distance of each 0.60 m
4- Hollow steel supports 0.030 m * 0.060 m, a distance of each 0.3m
5- wooden plat ( 1.22 m*2.44 m )size and 0.015 m thickness
6- Parquet work, wooden color 0.008 m thickness, and complete the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing sheet No. 3-4"
pre-cast footing :
Supply and installation of ready-mix concrete bases by mix ratio ( 1.2.3) to carry the caravan with the following sizes:
Trapezoid bases long width 0.50 m shortest width 0.30 m and 0.40 m height, the price includes painting the footing with the required color and completing the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing number (5).
Wall works
Supply and install of walls of sandwich panels with a height of 2.5 meters, consisting of corrugated sheet 0.05 m thick, white foam work, 0.50 m thick, also supporting empty steel column 0.10 m * 0.5 m section area, provide it each 4 m and complete the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing No. (8)
Ceiling works
Supply and installation of galvanized steel structure roof consisting of hollow rectangular sections for both beams and Purlins as shown in the attached drawings consisting of the following sections:
-main hollow steel beam 0.04 m * 0.08 m) size, 0.005 m thickness
- Purlins 0.030 m * 0.060 m section size and 0.005 m thickness, each 4 m distance.
-Purlins 0.030 m * 0.060 m section size and 0.005 m thickness, each 1 m distance.
- supply and installation insulation sheet 0.006 m thickness, of excellent quality, the price includes making overlap at any intersection 0.1 cm, also avoid any space between them and well fixing by using wooden glue (Bostic)
- supply and installation of Cajurated sheets, 0.008 m thickness, the price includes installation and fixing well by using screws it well with an appropriate slope, and complete the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing sheet NO (2)
Decoration ceiling's work
Supply and installation of a false ceiling with 0.60 * 0.60 m tiles to cover the main ceiling. The price includes installation with a mesh wire with a diameter of 0.006 m and a fermented tie wire that is covered with white cement supplies. The wires are extended from the main steel of the ceiling to a height of no less than 0.30 m and complete the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing sheet NO (2)
Aluminium window's work
Supply and installation of aluminum windows (1.2 * 1) m2 size with glass 0.006 m thickness, two or four shelves with a fixed bottom part. Samples are based before supply. The work includes all the supplies of bolts, bales, accessories, and mosquito nets and good fixation in three places in the walls from each side with screws a with filling the small spaces with a silicon material, and the price includes:
Filling the inner and outer edge by using transparent silicone, as well as the tight brushes on the bottom and top of the sides of the shelf. This is in addition to installing the glass with the necessary rubber pieces for installation.

Aluminum door's work :

(The work includes all the supplies of bolts, bolts, and accessories, and good fixation in three places in the walls on each side by screws and staples, with filling the small spacers with silicon and completing the work according to the instructions of the supervising engineer and the attached drawings No. (1-8)
Handrail works
Supply and installation of stainless a handrail the price including welding the handrails with steel structure steel tube .and should approve the sample before suppling, and complete the work according to the engineering instructional and the attached drawing sheet NO (1-8)
External corridor works
Supply and construction of an automatic hollow block 0.20 * 0.20 * 0.40 m of quality, 0.6 m high and (12 * 4) size using cement mortar with a mixing ratio of 3:1 and construction by using water level and string, also filling the joints well between the two-block, also casting of 0.10m thickness upper light plain concrete with 8 mm steel bars with a mixing ratio of 1:3:6, making expansion joints at a distance of every 4 m, and making phillen between the joints. Fiberglass pit latrine :
Supply, installation of a fiberglass PIT. the dimensions of the PIT are (2.00*2.00)m2 area size and 0.60m height, and the price includes the following:
1-provide fiberglass container to collect the wastewater and sludge also with painting the container.
2-supporting the fiberglass container by using excellent quality of red wooden pole (0.1*0.02) m2 and distance each 0.3 m.
