The contract covers the following services: PROVISION AND GRANT OF RIGHT TO USE AN ERP SOLUTION TRAINING MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE SAAS MODE.
The framework agreement is a "composite" framework agreement formed partly from an ordinary market and partly from a framework agreement for single-award purchase orders with no minimum and a maximum of 12, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over the overall execution period of 8 years.
The framework agreement thus includes:
