FOR THE
Provision and Delivery of 1 Unit Baler for Solid Waste Management
1) The Municipal Government of Kibungan through the 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 520, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision and Delivery of 1 Unit Baler for Solid Waste Management. Bids received in excess of the total ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Kibungan now invites bids for the Provision and Delivery of 1 Unit Baler for Solid Waste Management using competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within Forty Five (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
