PR No. 2024-423
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. VIII (DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII) through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the “Provision of Aluminium Canopy of Hi-lux Fleet Series including the Installation”.
2. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII requires aluminium canopy of hi-lux fleet series including the installation for one of the service vehicles in the office.
3. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Entity” now invites for the submission of Price Quotation for the Provision of Aluminium Canopy of Hi-lux Fleet Series including the Installation.
4. The Procuring Entity will evaluate all the submitted quotation/s then a Notice of Award will be given to the Single/Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (S/LCRQ).
