1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the 5% LDRRM Fund - CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 1, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Additional CCTV and Public Address Speaker System - Maria, Siquijor/MAR-0007G-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
