Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of accommodation, catering and other services in 2026 for participants of adaptation courses organized by the contracting authority in an accommodation facility (i.e. hotel, boarding house, hostel, motel, cottage, etc.) or in a camp-type facility (a brick building with rooms/cabins, etc.), that all according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed later in this procurement documentation. The participants of the adaptation courses will be pupils and teaching staff of the Technical Secondary School and SOU technical Třemošnice, Sportovni 322, 538 43 Třemošnice. The total expected number of participants is 60 pupils (2 classes, each with 30 pupils) and 6 pedagogical workers. The adaptation courses will take place from 16 to 18 September 2026. Duration of the adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning until approximately 10:00 a.m., expected departure on the third day after lunch. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is given in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and further in the proposal contract for the provision of services (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation). The public order is co-financed by the European Union from the Operational Program Jan Amos Komensky, project name Implementation of the Long-Term Plan of the Pardubice Region, project registration number CZ.02.02.X/00/23_018/0012534 (hereinafter also referred to as "OP HOW").
