Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of accommodation, catering and other services in 2026 for participants of adaptation courses organized by the contracting authority in accommodation facilities (i.e. hotel, boarding house, hostel, motel, cottage, etc.) or camp-type facilities (brick building with rooms/cabins, etc.), that all according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed later in this procurement documentation. The participants of the adaptation courses will be pupils and teaching staff of ISŠ Moravska Třebova, Brněnska 1405, 571 01 Moravska Třebova. The total expected number of participants is 80 pupils (a total of 2 classes, one class of 46 pupils and one class 34 pupils) and 6 teaching staff. The adaptation courses will take place from 14 to 16 September 2026 (1 class, 46 pupils and 3 teaching staff) and from 16 to 18 September 2026 (1 class, 34 pupils and 3 teaching staff). Length of each adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning hours until approximately 10:00 a.m., expected departure on the third day after lunch. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is given in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and further in the draft contract for the provision of services (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation). The public contract is co-financed by the European Union from the Operational Program Jan Amos Komensky, name of the project Implementation of the Long-Term Plan of the Pardubicky Region, project registration number CZ.02.02.X/00/23_018/0012534 (hereinafter also referred to as "OP JAK").
