Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of accommodation, catering and other services in 2026 for participants of adaptation courses organized by the contracting authority in an accommodation facility (i.e. hotel, boarding house, hostel, motel, cottage, etc.) or in a camp-type facility (a brick building with rooms/cabins, etc.), that all according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed later in this procurement documentation. The participants of the adaptation courses will be students and teaching staff of the SOU zieldecha Chvaletice, students and teaching staff of the SŠ zemědělska and VOŠ Chrudim, and students and teaching staff of the SOŠ and SOU trade and services Chrudim., Total the expected number of participants is 312 pupils (i.e. 10 classes) and 26 teaching staff. The dates of individual adaptation courses are detailed in Appendix 1 of the tender documentation. Duration of each adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning until approximately 10:00 a.m., expected departure on the third day after lunch. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is given in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and further in the draft contract for the provision of services (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation). The public contract is co-financed by the European Union from the Operational Program Jan Amos Komensky, name of the project Implementation of the Long-Term Plan of the Pardubice Region, project registration number CZ.02.02.X/00/23_018/0012534 (hereinafter also referred to as "OP JAK").
