RTWSA is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to supply and support an IDAM software solution.
There are a number of drivers that have triggered this RFP activity. As a result, RTWSA have identified the requirement and subsequent RFP activity to implement an IDAM solution. The key drivers supporting this RFP activity are:
RTWSA have well defined and mature on boarding, off boarding and staff movement processes however they are manual in nature and time consuming.
RTWSA have 3 main types of users to be considered:
1. RTWSA employees,
2. Contractors - both RTWSA, claims agents or legal providers and
3. External identities such as employers, injured workers and medical providers.
RTWSA have a need for an IDAM solution to assist it to streamline it-s on boarding, off boarding and movement processes for its staff, agents and third parties. We have a mature on premise Active Directory (AD) environment which is synced into Azure and the majority of our applications and systems rely upon on premise Active Directory for providing access.
RTWSA would also like to strengthen its user access control processes to streamline auditing and governance activities.
