1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the TRUST FUND-DOLE-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PROVISION OF 20 UNITS ELECTRIC CAB FOR HILONGOS ELECTRIC CAB DRIVERS ASSOCIATION intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF 20 UNITS ELECTRIC CAB FOR HILONGOS ELECTRIC CAB DRIVERS ASSOCIATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
