"Provincial study of health needs" The subject of the order is a "Provincial study of health needs". The subject of the order is to conduct a field survey service. The order concerns the implementation of a study on health and factors risk for people aged 18 and over based on a questionnaire prepared by the Ordering Party. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order is described in Chapter III (Description of the Subject of the Order) and in Chapter IV (Drafted Provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, Specification of Procurement Conditions. The source of financing for the order is contract No. FERS.04.15-IP.07-0003/26-00/1094/2026/45 under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021 - 2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. 1. Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure and demonstrate no grounds for exclusion due to failure to meet the conditions specified in Art. 108 section 1 time art. 109 section 1 point 1, 4 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
