Those who wish to participate must visit the General Authority of the Maternity and Children’s Hospital in Latakia during official working hours to purchase the special conditions books at the management accounting office ( Contracts Division) and the offers are submitted to its office in four envelopes: The first contains: the identification papers and initial insurance. The second contains: the technical presentation. The third contains: the financial offer. Conditions: Initial insurance: 100, 000/ only one hundred thousand new Syrian pounds. The final insurance is 10% of the referral value.
