Providing website services and implementing development changes within the ITSM System 1. The subject of the order is the provision of development changes within the ITSM System. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject orders 2. Order completion date: The order must be completed within the dates indicated below: 2.1.1. Maintenance services and the implementation of development changes within the ITSM System owned by the Ordering Party will be provided within a period of 12 months from the date conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than June 17, 2026. 2.1.2. The Contractor undertakes to carry out preventive activities aimed at maximally extending the time of failure-free operation of the ITSM System, consisting in performing reviews of the ITSM Application. Inspections will be performed at least once every 3 months, without any additional request from the Ordering Party, and the first inspection must be performed within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 2.1.3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide up to 2, 000 hours for the implementation of ITSM System development changes 3. The Ordering Party reserves that in accordance with Art. 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act, may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to intended to finance the contract will not be awarded. 4.
