The subject of the order is the provision of water rescue services in the Ordering Party's swimming pools located in the following facilities: Admira I, located at ul. eromskiego 13 in Winoujcie, Henryk and located at ul. Sienkiewicza 2 in Winoujcie. in dimensions: Swimming pool in the facility Admira I 3 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and 5 hours a day from Monday to Sunday from 15:00 to 20:00; Swimming pool at the Henryk facility - 3 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00 10:00 and 5 hours a day from Monday to Sunday from 15:00 to 20:00; the total estimated number of hours of providing water rescue services under this order is: 12, 520 hours, which includes only the scope of the order basic order. The final number of hours of providing services in the scope of the basic order (and therefore the final amount of the Contractor's remuneration) may be reduced, but not by more than 20% of the value of the basic order, in the event of a reduction in the actual the Ordering Party's needs for the services covered by the subject of the order.
