Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of waste from street bins, bus stops, playgrounds and dog excrement containers located in the Niepoomice Commune, together with the replacement of bags and organizing and maintaining cleanliness around the bins and transferring waste in accordance with the hierarchy. A detailed description of the subject of the order and its implementation is included in the annex to the SWZ "Description of the Subject of the Order". 1. Since the implementation of this order must take place by performing activities under the conditions specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - to the contractor or subcontractor, at the place and time indicated by the contractor or subcontractor - the ordering party, in accordance with Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ people performing activities included in the so-called direct costs based on the employment relationship.
