1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of transport of bodies and human remains within and outside the area of ​​operation of the District Prosecutor's Office in Lublin, district prosecutor's offices based in Lublin and the District Prosecutor's Office in Widnik.2. IN scope of each part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) Accept the order to perform the service. The Contractor ensures full availability and undertakes to provide the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, also on statutory days. holidays, 2) Arrival at the indicated place of the event, at the time declared in the offer (travel time is the criterion for evaluating offers), 3) Putting bodies or human remains into a bag.
