Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of the task entitled: I will transport secondary school students to workshops, educational activities and other activities in connection with the implementation of the project Today I teach tomorrow as a student. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The order will be implemented according to current needs and at the request of the Ordering Party. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act, the Contractor or Subcontractor is obliged to employ, under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code, all physical workers directly related to the performance of the services that are the subject of this order, whose execution consists in carrying out work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship are specified in the contract template.
