The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the field of transporting and dropping off students from the area of the City Commune. Gdańsk to and from educational institutions, divided into 4 parts, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 4A (PPU for parts 1-3) and 4B (PPU for parts 4) to SWZ: Part 1: Transporting students to selected institutions in Gdańsk, Part 2: Transporting students with disabilities to the facility in Gdańsk, Part 3: Transporting students with disabilities to institutions outside Gdańsk - AREA A (within 30 km from Sopot), Part 4: Transporting students with disabilities to institutions outside Gdańsk - AREA B (within 30 km of Pruszcz Gdański) with an option. Within the scope of part 4, the subject of the order includes the exercise of an option consisting in the possibility of extension scope of the order for the transport and collection of children to and from the Kindergarten in Pruszcz Gdański, covering 10 working days during the winter break and 20 working days during the summer break, as needed...
