Providing transport services in the field of transport of dialysis patients 1.The subject of the order is: 1.1 transport of people for hemodialysis treatments performed at the Dialysis Station of the Provincial Hospital. Dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin on the spot residence to the Dialysis Center of the Provincial Hospital of Dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin at ul. Szpitalna 45 and back, and assistance in carrying out activities related to transport by dialysis patients, e.g. getting on and off, etc.; 1.2 transport of people from the Dialysis Center of the Provincial Hospital of Dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin at ul. Szpitalna 45 to transplant centers throughout the country (Poland) - depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 2. Subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Designed provisions of the contract). 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers due to the fact that the scope of the order is possible to be completed by one Contractor. The lack of division does not limit competition on the market or hinder the availability of orders. Dividing the order into parts would result in increased costs for the Ordering Party and technical difficulties difficulties related to coordinating the activities of various contractors implementing the order.
