The subject of the order is the provision of passenger transport services in the school year 2026/2027 - in the field of transport able-bodied and disabled students, including those in wheelchairs, from the Jasienica commune, to kindergartens, schools or centers located in the city of Bielsko-Biała and the Bielsko, Cieszyn and Pszczyna counties - along with providing care during transit, in accordance with Art. 39 section 4 and art. 32 section 6 of the Act of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended). The order will be divided into 4 (four) parts of the order, a namely: 1. Part No. 1 of the order, including the route: Międzyrzecze Górne - Rudzica - Bielowicko - Międzyrzecze Dolne Mazańcowice - Special School Complex No. 4 in Czechowice-Dziedzice (ul.
