The subject of the order is "Provision of training services in the field of improving digital competences of persons deprived of liberty - part for OISW in Bydgoszcz in order to improve the competences of participants of the project co-financed by the European Union entitled: 'Comprehensive training and activation activities aimed at preparing people serving prison sentences for an effective return to the labor market and society under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the so-called option rights, in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the order includes vocational training a total maximum of 360 participants and was defined as:
a) Part I TRAINING AS PART OF COMPUTER COURSES: maximum 180 people (120 people to be trained as part of the basic order and an optional order of 60 people).
b)Part II TRAINING IN COMPUTER COURSES: maximum 180 people (120 people to be trained as part of the basic order and an optional order of 60 people).
