The subject of the order is the provision of training services in the scope of organizing and conducting 84 cycles of professional activation classes in penitentiary units subordinated to the OISW in Rzeszów as part of the project entitled: "Comprehensive activities training and activation aimed at preparing persons serving prison sentences for an effective return to the labor market and society" under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program co-financed by European Social Fund Plus. Vocational activation training should increase the motivation of inmates and enable them to acquire competences necessary to navigate the labor market, i.e. covering 11 thematic areas: the ability to rationally time management, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, dealing with negative emotions, methods of looking for a job, conducting conversations with potential employers, preparing documents for taking up a job, adequate self-esteem, motivation to work, budget management, etc. All topics will be covered in 2 hours, and selected topics will be extended by an additional 8 hours, making a total of 30 hours.
