POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to provide price information for the planned order titled "providing tracking printing services along with rental and comprehensive service support devices and software” for the needs of POLREGIO S.A. The draft contract, description of the subject of the order and important implementation conditions are presented in the annexes to this invitation. These documents constitute a project prepared solely for the need to conduct market research (RFI). The documents are of a working and consultative nature and do not constitute a final description of the terms of the contract or a contract template that will be binding in the future procurement procedure public. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce changes in all or part of the documents, in particular as a result of comments submitted by RFI participants. Carrying out this market reconnaissance does not oblige the Ordering Party to initiate public procurement proceedings or to conclude a contract. Participation in market reconnaissance does not constitute grounds for favoring or excluding contractors in future public procurement proceedings. Information provided by contractors may be used by the Ordering Party when preparing documentation for future proceedings, in compliance with the principles of fair competition and equal treatment of contractors.
