Zlotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1A to this specification. Validity date/period warranty for the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. The Contractor undertakes to conduct, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its headquarters in Os. Zotej Jesieni 1, Krakow with the first delivery goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contractor will be obliged to submit an attendance list from the training conducted, with signatures of trained users. confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date of the training.
