Providing telecommunications services in the mobile network for the Border Guard - part A Providing telecommunications services in the mobile network for the Border Guard - part B Provision of telecommunications services in the telephone network mobile phone for the Border Guard - part C 1. The order was divided into 3 parts (part A, B, C). 2. The contractor may submit an offer only for one part of the order. 3. The subject of the order included the provision of telecommunications services in the telephone network mobile phone for the Border Guard, with particular emphasis on: 1) in part A of the order - locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part A of the order; 2) in part B of the order - locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part B orders. 3) in part C of the order - locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part C of the order 4. The Contractor will ensure full network availability for the Ordering Party's users performing tasks in the country, in accordance with the provisions of the Subject Description orders. 5. The service is dedicated to operators whose mobile network coverage covers: at least 98% of the territory of the Republic of Poland and at least 95% of the population of the Republic of Poland. 6. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to do so is for the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 7.
