Tender Details

1. The order was divided into 3 parts (part A, B, C). 2. The contractor may submit an offer only for one part of the order. 3. The subject of the order included the provision of telecommunications services in the mobile phone network for the Border Guard, with particular emphasis on taking into account: 1) in part A of the order - locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part A of the order; 2) in part B of the order - locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part B of the order. 3) in part C of the order - location indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of part C of the order. 4. The Contractor will ensure full availability of the network to the Ordering Party's users performing tasks in the country, in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the subject of the order. 5. The provision of the service is dedicated operators whose mobile network coverage covers: at least 98% of the territory of the Republic of Poland and at least 95% of the population of the Republic of Poland. 6. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party may invalidate the procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not granted to it (Article 257 of the Act Pzp). 8.
