1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for the Trimble Pivot Platform application software managing the ASG-EUPOS system services. The assistance will include, among others: on: 1) removing technical faults in the operation of the software managing; 2) participation of the Contractor's specialists in solving problems in the operation of the management software reported by the Ordering Party and cooperation with the Ordering Party's employees in diagnosing the causes of faults; 3) providing consultations by telephone and via e-mail with specialists of the Contractor and the manufacturer of the management software in the field of configuration, optimization and operation of the management software; 4) delivering to the Ordering Party during the performance period technical assistance services and installation, at the Contractor's expense, of updates to the latest versions of the management software, if offered by the manufacturer of the management software; 5) participation of the Contractor's specialists in work related to migration management software and database for the Ordering Party's new servers, as well as optimization of the operation of existing servers and transfer scripts...
