Providing technical support services for Palo Alto Networks network devices [numbering consistent with SWZ] 4.1 The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for Palo Alto Networks network devices 4.2 Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 1, 1a and 1b to the SWZ and in the contract template, Annex No. 5 (respectively for the order variant used). 4.3 The Ordering Party does not plan to submit partial offers. 4.4 The Ordering Party expects to submit offers variants. The variants are described in detail in Annex No. 1, 1a and 1b to the SWZ 4.5 Variant I - Technical support service for network devices used in the City of Łódź Office with the right to update the existing software 4.6 Variant II - Replacement of network devices owned by the Ordering Party along with the technical support service and the right to update the existing software 4.7 The Ordering Party has specified two variants of implementing the Description of the Subject of the Order. The final choice of the execution variant of the subject of the order is up to the Ordering Party. Contractors are obliged to evaluate only one of the variants under pain of rejection of the offer. In these proceedings, the ordering party will decide on the selection of the variant implementation of the subject of the order after the date of opening of offers. Contractors' offers will be subject to examination and evaluation only within the variant selected by the Ordering Party.
