Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for Oracle software and management of the Oracle database environment along with support. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the templates of the Agreements (with annexes), constituting: Annexes No. 11A and 11B to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. 2. The order consists of two parts (the Contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the order): 2.1. Part 1 of the order: Providing access to technical support services in relation to Oracle software; 2.2. Part 2 of the order: Management of the Oracle database environment and provision of expert support. 3. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act". 4. Applies to part 1 of the order: The Ordering Party does not require employment people based on an employment relationship. Applies to part 2 of the order: Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act requires the Contractor (or subcontractor) to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the activities referred to in § 1 section 1 point 1 contract template. Performing these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended).
