PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CHECK POINT SOFTWARE 1. The subject of the order is to ensure the renewal and continuation of the technical support service Maintenance CPCES-CO-STANDARD (Check Point Collaborative Enterprise Support CO-Standard) for Check Point products used by the Ordering Party, located on account 6592126 and 8489736, together with the renewal and provision of subscription packages at a level identical to the one currently held on the above-mentioned. accounts - included in the system security of the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as the "system" or "Check Point system", for the subscription period from September 27, 2026 to September 26, 2027, while maintaining the continuity of the license rights and support held by the Ordering Party manufacturer. 2. Technical support will be provided by the Contractor based on the support of the system manufacturer. Contractor support must be provided in Polish. 3. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with the manufacturer's licensing rules, continuity is maintained support and license rights require the order to cover the full subscription period from September 27, 2026 to September 26, 2027. 4.
