The subject of the Agreement is: 1. provision of technical support for the AX System along with the provision of appropriate licenses for new Editions of the AX People system; 2. implementation of modification orders for the AX People system, up to 1, 000 man-hours, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. 3.
