1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a labeling and storage system for medical devices for the Operating Theater, in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order. 2. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the project contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. Required additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: Expiration date/warranty period of the subject of the order: not shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.4. The tenderer may be asked to present a leaflet or card product issued by the manufacturer, confirming the use and parameters described in the Specification.
