The subject of the contract is the contractor to provide the manufacturer's annual service for 2 PA-450 devices: 023201007140, 023201007003 together with the protection of Threat Prevention for a period of 12 months, the fastening that the support will be provided from 4.08.2025 with an unlimited number of applications, It must include:- the implementation of applications in one business day, - the possibility of the contracting authority to report defects between 08:00 and 16:00 on business days, - remote support, - implementation of repairs at the place where the equipment covered by support is used, i.e. at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, -- replacement of damaged server elements, - the possibility of making downgrade and firmware upgrade, - software update.
