The subject of the order covers the following scope of activities: 1. In-depth diagnosis of children and young people in foster care. The scope of the task includes assessing the child's developmental status and identifying its deficits. The diagnosis made must determine the potential necessary for correcting deficits and must guide further proceedings. The diagnosis of one child must be carried out by a team of the following specialists: a psychologist, a pedagogue and a speech therapist. Form of classes: individual meetings with participants. Services n/a carried out in the Pleszew district, in the participants' place of residence. 2. Psychological support in the process of becoming independent for children in foster care. As part of the activity, the contractor will be obliged to conduct meetings aimed at: support in the process of independence using methods and techniques individually tailored to the needs and capabilities of the project participant and assistance in solving current emotional problems.
