Providing SAP Enterprise Support technical support services for the Integrated Accounting and HR System (ZSRK). 1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services by the Contractor, hereinafter referred to in the order documentation as "SAP Services Enterprise Support” or “Services” in relation to the SAP Integrated Accounting and HR System Software license, in the VAR-delivered Support variant. 2.
