1. The subject of the order is the provision of support services in the management and implementation of the central banking system migration project and other IT projects.

3. The ordering party appropriately divided the subject of the contract into a basic contract and an order covered by option rights.
1) The basic order includes: In the basic part implemented in fixed-price model, the subject of the order is support in the preparation and implementation of migration as part of the fourth stage of the central banking system modernization project (stage 4), which includes in particular:
a.Technical upgrade of defBank-Pro systems,
