The subject of the contract is to ensure the operation of support information systems: Contact Center, Service Desk, Umbrella Monitoring and Dynatrace (hereinafter referred to as "APV" or "CSM") based on agreed target levels of support services (ServiceLevelTarget - SLT). Part of the subject of the contract is also the providerthose of order services according to the requirements of the public contracting authority.

The subject of the contract is ensuring the operation of supporting information systems: Contact Center, Service Desk, Umbrella Monitoring and Dynatrace (hereinafter referred to as "APV" or "CSM") based on agreed target levels of support services (ServiceLevelTarget - SLT). Part of the subject of the contract is the provision of the following support services:

-Service support Incident / Problem Management, Upgrade / Update for Accountsktne center,

-Service support Incident / Problem Management, Upgrade / Update for Service Desk,

-Operational support Prophylaxis for Contact Center,

-Operational support Prophylaxis for Service Desk,

-Reporting/Evaluation.

Part of the subject of the contract is also the provision of order serviceseb according to the requirements of the public contracting authority in the area:

-Change support Change management, Upgrade / Update,

-Operational support Consultation, Administration, Training,

-Operational support Prophylaxis
