The subject of the order is to provide service support for the elements of the HPE data processing and storage infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the Manufacturer) owned by the Ordering Party, including SAN switches, HPE chassis and their components, HPE servers along with all installed components that may be covered by the Manufacturer's support and covering other infrastructure elements that can no longer be covered by manufacturer's support with non-manufacturer support by: 1) the Manufacturer's service during the period and scope of elements configurations for which the manufacturer provides service support services, 2) Contractor's service in the period and scope of configuration elements for which the manufacturer will no longer provide service support services. Full list of elements owned by the Ordering Party HPE data processing and storage infrastructure and a detailed description of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the contract.
