On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of support and maintenance services for the Qvision print management system. Main features of the Qvision print management system: 1. Print confidentiality guarantee - printouts received using your proximity ID, login and domain password or PIN code.2.Facilities for users "following printout" - the ability to receive a printout on another printer.3.Elimination of unnecessary, "forgotten" printouts (printout only after identifying the recipient with a proximity card, the task can be deleted directly at the device).4.Counting user-accurate printouts.5.On-Line reports via a web browser.6.Scan to service services Microsoft SharePoint On-Premise of the Ordering Party.7.OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services of selected scanned documents along with their cataloging in the Ordering Party's Microsoft SharePoint On-Premise service. The OCR service will be a pilot launch scanning applications for extending the validity of qualification certificates. The Support Service will include: 1. Solving problems regarding the functioning of the Software reported by the Ordering Party, including, if necessary, at the installation site Software.2.Removing detected errors in the operation of the software.3.Removing detected errors in the operation and updating the software to the latest versions.4.Programming services - 48 business hours...
