The subject of the Agreement is the provision of support and development services for the "Central Clean Air Base" (CBCP) IT system. Support and development services will be provided for not less than 2, 000 hours and not more than 7, 000 hours. Description of systems IT services covered by the subject of the order and the detailed scope of the services provided are presented in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the order be performed for a maximum period of 48 months from the date of conclusion contract or until the maximum contract value referred to in § 5 section 1 of Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, depending on which event occurs first, provided that the Agreement may be terminated when the pool of man-hours (7, 000 man-hours), no more than 0.5% of the pool of unused man-hours will remain, which is 35 man-hours. In such a case, the Ordering Party will inform the Contractor about the exhaustion of the pool of man-hours, no later than when the remaining number of man-hours reaches the indicated threshold (0.5%), which will also constitute information for the Contractor about the end of the Agreement.
