1. The subject of the order is to provide subscription and technical support for the manufacturer Microsoft software or equivalent software owned by the Ordering Party and ensuring the provision of subscriptions, licenses and technical support from the manufacturer under the option right. The subject of the order includes: 1.1. Basic (guaranteed) scope of the order - delivery subscription and manufacturer's technical support for the licenses held in the form of Software Assurance or delivery of equivalent software, active from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2029. 1.2. The scope of the order under the option - implementation of subscription deliveries and technical support under options throughout the duration of the Agreement, for the purpose of supplementing the license as part of the expansion of the Ordering Party's environment.
