Providing a subscription, manufacturer's technical support for Microsoft software or equivalent software owned by the Ordering Party and ensuring the delivery of a subscription, license... 1. The subject of the order is to provide a subscription, manufacturer's technical support for Microsoft software or equivalent software owned by the Ordering Party and ensuring the provision of subscriptions, licenses and technical support from the manufacturer under the option right. Subject of the order includes: 1.1. Basic (guaranteed) scope of the order - delivery of subscription and manufacturer's technical support for the licenses held in the form of Software Assurance or delivery of equivalent software, active from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2029 1.2. Scope of the order under the option - implementation of subscription deliveries and technical support under the option throughout the duration of the Agreement, for the purpose of supplementing the license as part of the expansion of the Ordering Party's environment. Total value deliveries of subscriptions and technical support under the option may not exceed 30% of the net value of the delivery made by the Contractor under the basic order. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description subject of the order. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first it will examine and evaluate the offers, and then it will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
