Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of statutory auditor services as part of the Kranik Safe City of the New Generation project. 2. The Kranik Safe City of the New Generation project is financed from the funds of the Second Edition of Swiss Financial Assistance for selected European Union Member States in order to reduce socio-economic differences within the European Union and from the state budget under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.3. The scope of the order includes verification of correctness spending the granted funding, directly at the headquarters of the Project Leader of the Municipality of Kranik (ul. Lubelska 84, 23-200 Kranik) and at the headquarters of the Project Partner, i.e. Kranik County (Al. Niepodlegoci 20, 23-204 Kranik), in accordance with the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1891, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions contained in the Agreement on co-financing of the project No. 012/SPPW II.DOT/PRM/2026 entitled Faucet Safe City of the New Generation", regarding reporting.4.
