Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized physiotherapy care services at the place of residence for residents of the Szydowo Commune as part of the project entitled Development of the Greater Poland Network of Social Service Centers co-financed by the European Union from the FundsEuropean for Greater Poland 2021 2027. Measure FEWP.06.13 Social and health services2. The above service will consist in particular in: developing a client's rehabilitation plan, functional diagnostics of the client, planning and conducting physical therapy, planning and conducting kinesitherapy, qualifyingskating, planning and conducting massage, rehabilitation of various diseases, e.g. pain syndromes of the shoulder girdle or cervical spine, overload conditions of the lower limbs, massage in states of shoulder and neck tension, tendon inflammation, selecting medical devices to the client's needs, teaching clients how to use medical devices, teaching clients compensation mechanisms and adaptation to the changed potential of body functions and activities.3.
