PsychologistThe subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services - psychological support. The support is addressed to the target group of the Help closer to people project, i.e. 20 people who need support in everyday functioning and live in in the City and Commune of Kroniewice who require support due to the inability to independently perform at least one of the basic daily activities due to their health condition. Place of order fulfillment: The main place of provision of services is the place residence, stay or study of the project participant, if this results from objective reasons occurring on the part of the project participant, i.e., among others: communication exclusion, permanent illness, difficult family situation. In such a case, how to provide support will be consulted between the project participant, project coordinator and specialist. The contractor covers the costs of traveling to the place of service at his own expense.
