The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services at home for people with mental disorders (wards of MGOPS Otmuchwy) in the period from the date of signing the contract in 2026 on December 31, 2026, based on: a) Article 8 and 9 of the Act of August 19, 1994 on the protection of mental health, b) Article 18. 1 point 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance and in accordance with the scope specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws 2024.816, consolidated text) c) Order No. 71/22 of the Opole Voivode of June 28, 2022 on determining the method of performing tasks in the field of government administration carried out by local government units: organizing and providing specialized care services at home for people with mental disorders, in the Opole Voivodeship. Estimated average number of service recipients: 10 people. Estimated number of hours of services - 2, 650 hours during the term of the contract.
