The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders and disabilities by persons qualified to practice, i.e. psychologist, educator, speech therapist, occupational therapist, psychiatric nurse, specialist in medical rehabilitation, physiotherapist for people with mental disorders, performed at the place of residence in the Kowal Municipality from the date of signing the contract, i.e. from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Expected number of hours and people covered by care: Care services will be provided to a minimum of 6 clients per month. The number of planned hours is 1, 400 per year, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The specified number of hours of service provision is their maximum number, and the Ordering Party will pay for those actually provided. The minimum number of hours is 1200. Number of hours and people covered services, may change and cannot be determined precisely due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to their changing health condition.
