1) PART 1: Specialized care services in the field of rehabilitation. a) The task includes care for patients indicated by the Ordering Party (for approx. 10 people) for a total maximum number of hours during the duration of the contract: 300 (monthly average: 50 hours). Yes, how much hours are used to calculate the total price of the order. b) The service will be provided depending on the needs of the person receiving the service. c) Specialized care services in the field of rehabilitation include services tailored to the specific needs resulting from the type of disease or disability of the project participant, such as: physical rehabilitation and improvement of impaired body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed from funds public, in accordance with the recommendations of a doctor or a specialist in the field of physical rehabilitation or physiotherapy. The order must be processed in accordance with DNSH rules.
