Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders provided in the Wielgie commune, in the recipient's place of residence. Specialized care services for people with mental disorders are adapted to the specific needs resulting from the type of disease or disability. Specialized care services will be provided based on the decision administrative, in accordance with the agreed scope for each patient. Specialized care services will be provided from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00. A therapeutic hour is 60 minutes. A monthly group of approximately 17 beneficiaries is expected to receive specialized care services. Under the contract, the ordering party expects to provide approximately 1, 131 hours of specialized care services. Therefore, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of specialist care services commissioned to the Contractor. An order to complete a smaller number of hours cannot give rise to any claims from the Contractor against the Ordering Party.
