1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services at home for people with mental disorders in 2026, pursuant to Art. 18 section 1 point 3 and art. 50 section 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (i.e. Journal Laws of 2024, item 1283 from Mon. as amended) and pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816) for beneficiaries of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Warlubiu.2. The estimated number of hours of order execution in the period from January 19, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is approximately 1, 632 hours, including: - approximately 1, 224 hours of behavioral therapy; - approximately 144 hours of SI therapy services; - approximately 120 hours of services performed by a speech therapist; - approximately 48 hours of hand therapy services;- approximately 96 hours of social skills training.3. The scope of specialist care services is described in detail in Regulation No. 2 of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services.
